Brianne Zogas is a board certified health coach who received her training at the Institute of Functional Medicine. Prior to becoming a coach, she taught elementary school for over ten years. She is a wife and mother of two, and knows firsthand how challenging it is to start and maintain healthy habits amidst a busy and demanding schedule. She is a compassionate listener who will empower you to take the steps necessary for you to meet your wellness goals. Topics she can support you with include nutrition/diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, time management, work goals, relationship goals, finding a meaning/purpose in life, and health challenges.
